Our Concierge Planning Services
Consultation
We prefer to start with a 15 minute phone consultation to discuss the desires you have for your vacation. There are many tropical destinations, each having it’s own culture. Among these destinations, there are countless resorts and room categories. We know all of these options, inside and out. If you visit a resort that doesn’t have the overall “vibe” that you want, that can ruin your whole experience. This initial conversation allows us to be able to hand select the best options for you, and provide accurate quotes. *If you prefer to converse via email, we can do that as well.
Securing your Vacation Package
Once you decide to book one of the vacation options we present to you, we will take care of processing your deposit and all payments along the way. Packages can include flight, transfers, excursions and more to compliment each traveler’s style.
Arranging Airport Transfers
You most likely don’t want to fly to a destination that you are unfamiliar with and try to find your way around. We will have transportation waiting for you upon your arrival to the airport.
Additional Adventures
If you want to spend some time outside of your resort property exploring the local culture, we can arrange that! We partner with several companies that have earned our trust, so we can create better, more customized experiences for our clients.
