Hey there! My name is Kari Audino from Greenville, NC. I’ve been with Pirate and Pixie Dust Destinations since 2015. I’m married to Jay and we are parents to two daughters age 12 and 3, and our 4 year old godson.
I’ve been going to Disney my whole life, but my love for Disney really began the first time I visited with my husband during college. We have visited every year since! I am a former teacher but now spend my time sharing my love and knowledge of Disney through vacation planning.

Kari has now planned two Disney Vacations for us! She has done all the grunt work and offered promt and thorough responses to all of our questions. Kari has planned a total of three trips for my extended family and I. I can’t imagine why I ever tried to do this on my own. Kari responds promptly and has lots of helpful hints on how to maximize your time at Disney. In addition to scheduling your FP so you aren’t walking back and forth from one side of the park to another, she will help you find dining reservations. She even keeps her eyes open for last minute availability. Her experience and knowledge made our trips more enjoyable. Can’t not say enough good things about her service. I also live in Kentucky, never met her face to face, but she was still able to help me. Disney is the happiest place on earth let Kari help you focus on the magic and not the work.

Kari did a wonderful job planning my Disney trip and handled every detail perfectly! She is very knowledgeable about Disney and so nice to work with. We will use her again.
I think the key to our trip with young kids was having the right fast passes at the right times, and Kari was super helpful with that. Her knowledge of WDW – based on how frequently she visits herself – was also very helpful when choosing a resort and restaurants. She was never pushy but always worked to give us the itinerary we wanted to have. I would recommend her and use her again!
Kari was so helpful in planning our Disney cruise and WDW vacation! We had never gone on a Disney Cruise before and I had a lot of questions. Kari answered them all and was so helpful in getting every aspect of our trip planned. She was so knowledgeable on the best way to coordinate meals and fast passes and our schedule and how to make the best use of our time. Kari loves what she does and she does an awesome job! Kari was amazing helping us plan our first ever Disney vacation. I would have been completely lost without her. Good morning! Our trip was amazing!!! Thank you so much! We had an absolute blast and it was relaxing despite lots of people. The reason it was relaxing is because we knew exactly where we were going because you planned it all out. The three back to back fast passes that you set up were perfect. The meal plan was awesome! The two sit down meals were perfect! At Ohana we had a corner table in the back overlooking the resort and we could see the castle. At the character breakfast, the characters all spent lots of time with the kids. My favorite was flin rider showed the boys how to give a smoldering look.
Thank you so much! Your email about what characters are at each park let us meet new characters we didn’t even know were at the park. We loved the boardwalk. The location was perfect and the calmer atmosphere was great for the kids. The rooms were a perfect set up for us. It will be our go to resort. Thank you so much and we will use you again to book our next trip. I will be sure to let anybody who is planning a trip know about you. Thank you for your hard work!
Kari was amazing to work with! She was very patient answering all of my questions throughout the process. We had to change our initial vacation plans days before we were supposed to leave due to a family crisis. Kari jumped right on it, changing hotel times, places, fast passes, rescheduling dinner plans, etc… We were in a position where vacation plans were last thing on our mind, but she handled it all so that we were able to go a month later and have a fabulous trip. I can’t thank her enough for all she did for us!
Kari was wonderful!!! She was able to book and secure every FastPass and restaurant we requested on the days we requested them. She was very detailed with our itenerary and stayed in contact with me updating me on hours, changes, payment and general info. She always responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly reccomend her and we will be using her again for future trips.
When we decided to take our girls to Disney World, for their FIRST trip, I was completely unsure of how to even begin. I got in contact with Kari through Pirate and Pixie Dust Destinations and she made the planning seamless. She answered any and all of my (sometimes crazy) questions promptly and thoroughly. I never felt like I was not in control as she asked questioned about our family and what we envisioned; however, Kari completely planned the entire trip while I got to keep my sanity and enjoy the process. She reserved our resort, character meals (3), FastPass+, and even added reminders that truly benefited our ability to do and see as much as we possibly could. Just wrapped up a week-long fun-filled adventure at Disney World! I was so overwhelmed with trying to organize our Disney vacation on my own that I decided to reach out to a professional who knew the ins and outs of all things Disney. Kari is AMAZING! She helped plan our family vacation to Disney World back in February (for 10 people might I add)!! This wasn’t easy as we had 4 different rooms and were coordinating different arrival and departure dates. Kari helped tremendously and made it a seamless process. I could not have done any of this on my own! Kari was amazing!! She planned a wonderful trip for my family and I. She had every planned down to us just showing up to the airport!! From there our vacation began. Magic Express picked us up from the airport took care of our luggage even delivered it to our rooms!! She encouraged us to get the dining plan and we were able to have 6 character meals through out our trip. Wonderful!!! Our FastPasses were booked for every theme park and she even gave us transportation tips. Thanks Kari for helping make our trip so memorable!
We just got back from a great vacation to Disney World! Everything was so simple and easy with Kari helping to plan it all! Our Fast Passes were all timed perfectly and we had a wonderful time! I would definitely use Kari again in the future to help plan a trip!

Our first trip to Disney over Christmas was an awesome experience, largely due to Kari’s meticulous planning! She took care of all the major details and bookings, leaving us to sit back, relax, and enjoy our sweet time together as a family.

Kari helped us plan a belated (thanks Covid) anniversary trip to Disney without our kids and we had the BEST time! It was a bit last minute but she quickly got us booked and made sure we would be able to get park passes for the days we wanted. She was so quick to respond to emails and gave us plenty of detailed answers to our questions. She forwarded us info on getting boarding passes for ROTR so we didn’t have to wade through a bunch of other websites or tutorials online and we got a boarding group on our first try! She was also really helpful with recommending restaurants both at the parks and at other Disney resorts. We definitely recommend contacting Kari to help with planning a vacation!
