Pop Century Resort and Art of Animation Resort share a station to the Disney Skyliner. This gives you quick transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios!

Although you can check in as early as you would like, your room is not guaranteed to be ready until 3:00 pm.

Everything’s POP Food Court is open early in the morning until late at night, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.

There are lots of tables in the seating area within the food court.

There are a total of 3 pools (all heated), and 1 water play area for the kids.

**TIP: Value resorts do not provide towels at the pools. Bring them from your resort room.

The feature pool is the Hippy Dippy POol, located in the 60’s section, just behind Classic Hall.

Just next to Hippy Dippy Pool is the children’s splash play area:

Fast Forward Arcade is located in Classic Hall.

Everything’s POP Shopping is also located in Classic Hall.

First, let’s look at the resort map:

There are 5 sections, each with a different theme from a decade ranging from the 50’s – 90’s.

Memory Lane is actually a bridge that connects Pop Century Resort to the Art of Animation Resort!

There are 4 room categories, which are based on the location since all the rooms have the same layout and theme. All rooms have either 1 Queen Bed with 1 Queen-Size Pull Down Bed or 1 King Bed with walk in shower. **2 Double Beds with tub available by request ONLY.

  • Standard Room – located all throughout the resort, but not in close proximity to Classic Hall or any pool.
  • Standard Pool View – located in the 50’s, 80’s and 90’s sections that face the pool.
  • Preferred Room – located in the 60’s and 70’s sections, and the 2 closest buildings of the 50’s.
  • Preferred Pool View – only in 60’s section

This video is a walk through tour of one of the REFURBISHED rooms at this resort. This will give you a good feel for what to expect with the pull down bed option and the walk in shower with no tub:
