Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner is located in the 1900 Park Fare restaurant, which is on the first floor of The Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. Conveniently located just off the Resort Monorail, this is a great place to dine with Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella.
The restaurant, even without windows seems very open and airy due to the high ceilings.
The Victorian inspiration of The Grand Floridian continues to flow throughout the restaurant as well, with and antique carousel theme.
The seating arrangements are very plain, but suite the space well.
The character interaction was excellent, in my opinion. As with any character meal, they would rotate throughout the restaurant. Anastasia was the first to our table.
As you can see, she played her part quite well! Next up was Drizella.
Followed by Lady Tremaine herself!
Here is a video of Lady Tremaine at our table. If you follow my blogs, you know that my kids LOVE the characters, but are always very quiet around them! This time was not different, they didn’t say a word to her!
Cinderella and Prince Charming entered the restaurant together, and performed a short dance for us. They came to the tables individually though.
My youngest daughter refused to take a picture with Prince Charming. She says the only boy she likes is Gaston because he is “more cute”.
When Prince Charming was at our table, we were able to catch Anastasia and Drizella acting their parts quite well behind him. You might want to turn your volume down a little for this video!
Time for Princess Cinderella!
Now that you have seen how fun the characters are here, lets talk about the food! This buffet, unlike many others, has different food choices all around the buffet. I am telling you this, because often times the same food is repeated on the opposite side, but not here! Don’t forget to check both sides!
Let’s start with the kids options…
The kids choices were perfect for my kids! They also got a few things off the adult side as well. Here are a few pictures of the buffet for you.
The famous Strawberry Soup! This is located on the regular buffet, but was more like a dessert in my opinion. It very much tasted like a strawberry ice cream, but in soup form. Surprisingly, it was quite tasty to me!
There is a good assortment of desserts here. My favorite being the Fruit Tarts and Cannolis.
My family really enjoys dining here. Both the characters and food are great.
