Hi! My name is Christy Lyczkowski, from Cary, NC. I’m the wife to Mark and the mom of our 16 and 12 year-old daughters.
I grew up traveling to Disney twice yearly, which is where my love for all things Disney started. My family loves to travel and experience new places during the summer months!

The Pierre Hotel and Concierge team was first class (and included VIP Live with Kelly & Ryan tickets)! We were so impressed by Christy’s Disney knowledge. She answered all of our crazy questions without hesitation. She booked our park tickets & dining reservations. She gave us detailed information regarding the best way to navigate around the parks. She also managed to get us Flight of Passage fast passes!!! She saved us a 3 hour wait for that ride alone! We just returned from a six-day, five-night trip to Disney World with our boys ages 8.5 and 5. Christy took care of us like family. My family and I recently traveled to Disney World for the first time together. Having not been to Disney in about 15 years, a lot had changed!
